Grants for students

Students and student associations can apply for individual travel grants thanks to donors' gifts and, in special circumstances, scholarships or contributions from the newly established AUF Emergency Fund.

Individual travel grant

UvA students going abroad for their studies can apply for a student travel grant from the Amsterdam University Fund.

Scholarship

In specific cases, the Amsterdam University Fund provides a scholarship.

Emergency fund

Together with the UvA, the AUF has established a structural fund for acute needs of students in the UvA community due to war, disasters, political developments in the home country or personal circumstances.
